I’ve made three of these guys now and they are fun to make! Each one was a little bit different. The pattern is a free pattern from Red Heart Llama-No-Drama | Yarnspirations. The first one I made as a gift for my niece, Sally, who likes llamas, the second one for for one of my great niece’s birthday (Jacqueline).

The last one was for the great grandchild of one of my families’ oldest friends, Saundra (Sam). She sent a picture requesting colors to match this color scheme. You can see the blanket colors chosen from this pallet here.

This can be made baby-friendly without the plastic safety eyes. She was nicknamed the “Dolly Llama” and I like that name!

Chilly was one of the first things I crocheted when I picked it back up again shortly after the pandemic began. For the life of me now, I don’t remember which pattern I used. When I find it, I will update this.
