Sloth

My friend, Carol, loves Sloths. She asked me if I could make a sloth for her. I looked through several different patterns and just didn’t like many of them. I finally settled on this version from Sloth Crochet Pattern by Mala Designs ® | Etsy.

The pattern called for an actual branch to glue the leaves on to. I did not have available, so I ended up taking a very stiff roller from a foil package and crocheted a cover for it to look like a branch. Then I attached the leaves to the “branch” and he ended up being at least 18″ tall. Me might even be a bit taller than that.
